Check the text dashed with red marker. It shows that this app can post some adult contents to your Facebook wall. Then check the part covered by a rectangle. Then check the part covered by a black circle. The text shows that this app can post status updates, photos(Including ADULT CONTENTS) and more(Still some thing hidden there in more). Then check the bottom-left of the image. There is an option for selecting the posting privacy. That means which of the Facebook friends can see the updates of this app. Most of the Facebook app users don't check this option.
